Livideal provides strategic B2B introduction services. We identify active buyers with funded requirements, pre-vet industry partners for capacity and compliance, and facilitate direct introductions between the two parties. We do not manage projects, guarantee outcomes, or act as a party to any transaction between introduced parties. Our role is limited to facilitating qualified, context-rich introductions.
Our services are intended for business professionals and organizations engaged in B2B procurement and supply. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Livideal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
As part of the introduction process, parties may share confidential business information with each other. Livideal is not a party to any confidentiality agreement between introduced parties. We recommend that introduced parties enter into their own non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) before sharing sensitive information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livideal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

As Livideal operates primarily in the United States market and is open to working with clients worldwide, parties outside the United States acknowledge that these Terms are governed by U.S. law. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
